Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 6, 2026
prooha (“we”, “us”) is an independent studio that builds apps and games. This policy covers all apps and games published under the name prooha on Google Play and the App Store, and this website, prooha.com. It explains what information they store, collect and share.
Our apps differ: some work entirely offline, others show ads, sell items inside the app or offer an account. This policy describes everything any of them may do, but not every app uses everything described here. What a particular app collects is also shown on its store page, under Data safety on Google Play and App Privacy on the App Store.
In short
- An app collects only what its features need. Many of our apps work without an account and keep everything on your device.
- We share data only with the services described below, and only for the purposes stated there.
- Apps with ads show ads from Google AdMob. Where the law requires consent, the app asks for it first.
- Purchases, if an app has them, go through Google Play or the App Store. We never see your card details.
- You can delete your data: by uninstalling the app, by deleting your account (if the app has one), or by emailing us.
What our apps may collect
On your device
Apps save what they need to work on your device, such as progress, records, settings and in-game items. This data is not sent to us or to anyone else unless a feature needs it, for example to sync with your account. Uninstalling an app deletes this data from your device, and some apps let you clear it sooner, for example with a reset button.
If backup is turned on, your device may include this data in its backup: Android in your Google account, iOS in iCloud. We have no access to these backups.
Account
If an app offers an account, we store what you provide when you sign up, such as your email address and username, and what the account needs to work: your saves, settings and the content you create. We never store passwords in readable form. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive from them only what you allow them to share, usually your name and email address. Account data is kept while the account exists. When you delete your account, we delete its data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep longer.
Analytics and crash reports
Some apps may collect information about how they are used, such as which screens are opened and how long a session lasts, and crash reports: the device model, the operating system version and technical details of the error. We use this information to find bugs and improve our apps, not to find out who you are, and we keep it only as long as we need it for that.
Permissions
If a feature needs access to your camera, microphone, photos, location or contacts, the app asks for permission when the feature first needs it, and uses that access only for that feature. If you say no, everything that doesn’t depend on that access keeps working. If a feature needs to send such data, for example a photo you upload, the app sends only what that feature needs.
Services our apps use
Ads (Google AdMob)
Some of our apps show ads from Google AdMob. To show ads, measure how they perform and prevent fraud, Google collects information from your device, such as the advertising ID and other device identifiers, your IP address and the approximate location it indicates, the device type and operating system, and how you interact with the ads. Depending on your choices and where you live, Google may also use this information to personalize ads. Google processes it under the Google Privacy Policy; see also how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Where the law requires consent, for example in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the app asks for it with Google’s consent form before requesting ads. You can change your choice later in the app itself, for example with a Privacy settings button. From Google we receive only totals, such as how many ads were shown and what they earned, and nothing that identifies you.
On Android you can delete or reset your advertising ID, or turn off ad personalization, in your device settings (usually under Google or Privacy, then Ads). On iOS, an app can use the advertising identifier only if you allow tracking. If we start using an ad network other than AdMob, or alongside it, we will name it here and link to its privacy policy.
Game services (Google Play Games, Game Center)
Some of our games keep leaderboards or achievements through Google Play Games on Android or Game Center on iOS. If you use such a service, the game connects to it, usually automatically when it starts, and sends your scores or achievements to it together with your player ID. Other players may see them next to your player name and picture. We don’t receive your email address or other account details. Google and Apple process this data under their own privacy policies: Google Privacy Policy, Apple Privacy Policy. You can sign out, or change who can see your profile, in that service’s settings.
Purchases
If an app is paid, or sells items or subscriptions inside the app, the payment is handled by Google Play or the App Store under their own terms and privacy policies. We never see your card or bank details. The store tells us about each purchase, for example the order number, the item, the price and the date, so that we can give you what you bought, handle refunds and keep the records that tax rules require. We keep these records for as long as those rules require.
Hosting and cloud services
If an app has accounts, cloud saves or other online features, the data is stored with hosting and cloud providers that process it on our behalf.
Analytics and crash reporting services
If an app uses a third-party service for this, we name it here and link to its privacy policy.
Who receives your data
We share data only with the services described in this policy, and only for the purposes stated in it. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. Our email is provided by Google (Gmail). We keep the conversation only as long as we need it to help you, and we delete it sooner if you ask.
This website
prooha.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts. Like most web servers, ours keeps standard access logs (IP address, date and time, the page requested, the page that linked to it and the browser type) to keep the site running and secure. These logs are deleted automatically after about two weeks.
Security
This website is served only over encrypted HTTPS. Our apps and the services described above also encrypt data in transit. Access to the data we hold is restricted, and we keep as little data as we can.
Children
Unless stated otherwise, our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we make an app for children, we will say so here. Such an app will not show personalized ads or collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. If an app has an account, you can also delete the account and its data in the app itself. Depending on where you live, local law may give you further rights, such as to object to how your data is used, to withdraw consent, to opt out of targeted advertising, or to complain to a data protection authority.
Data that Google or Apple collects for ads, game services or purchases is held by them; use their privacy settings, or contact them, to see or delete it.
Changes to this policy
If an app starts doing something this policy doesn’t describe, or we change what our apps collect or share, we will update this policy, including the date at the top, before the change takes effect.
